Restylane Lyft was placed by cannula at the deep cheek position on both sides for midface support. Restylane Defyne was placed in the smile lines at conservative volume. Filler product selection matters as much as placement — different formulations behave differently at different parts of the face. In the after image, the midface reads restored, the smile lines have softened, and the lower-face contour is preserved without direct treatment. Product matched to placement is the framework.
