Who Performs Your Eyebrow Tattoo Removal
Your treatment is performed by Dr. Sabeen Munib, MD, not handed off to a technician. How PicoWay Eyebrow Tattoo Removal Works
PicoWay sends very short pulses of laser energy into the pigment. Those pulses break the ink into tiny particles that your body clears over the following weeks. Cosmetic tattoo and microblading inks are different from body-tattoo ink, so we work in stages and check how your skin responds between sessions. We do not offer saline removal. This is laser-based treatment only.

Fine hair-stroke tattooing fades at its own pace depending on the pigment used and how deep it was placed. Some strokes clear well, others need more sessions.
Powder & Ombre Brows
These use denser, shaded pigment, so they often take more treatment than fine microblading. We set expectations up front based on what we see.
Older Cosmetic Tattoos & PMU
Permanent makeup placed years ago can be treated, though aged and layered pigment can respond less predictably. We assess the color and depth first.

Fading Versus Complete Removal
Many brows fade a lot, but complete clearance cannot be guaranteed. For some people the goal is enough fading to redo the brows, for others it is removal. We talk through what is realistic for you.
Possible Color Change or Darkening
Some permanent-makeup pigments, especially lighter or flesh-toned inks, can darken or shift when treated with laser. We evaluate the pigment first and proceed carefully. This risk is part of your consultation.

Consultation & Eye Protection
Every case starts with an evaluation. When appropriate, Dr. Munib may perform a test spot to evaluate how the pigment and skin respond before treating a larger area. Because the treatment is close to the eye, we use wavelength-specific eye protection and careful technique, and Dr. Munib decides whether laser is appropriate before starting.
Sessions & Spacing
More than one treatment may be needed, but the number and timing of sessions vary. Dr. Munib determines when another session is appropriate based on healing and treatment response.
Healing & Aftercare
After each session the treated area needs gentle care while it settles. Aftercare is tailored to the treatment and your skin. Dr. Munib will let you know whether sun avoidance or additional sun protection is needed for your specific case. If anything looks unexpected, we would rather you check in with us than wait.
Pricing: $250 Per Session
Eyebrow tattoo, microblading, and permanent makeup removal is $250 per treatment session. The number of sessions varies with the pigment and your response, so total cost depends on your plan. A fixed number of sessions cannot be guaranteed in advance.
