Eyebrow Tattoo Removal – Precise and Clean Results

Brow examination showed bilateral cosmetic pigment with shift toward a cool gray-blue cast in the central brow body. Pigment density was moderate. The medial brow tails retained more original tone. The pattern reflected typical long-term cosmetic pigment evolution where iron oxides oxidize and titanium dioxide can shift cooler over time.

Treatment was delivered with a picosecond laser at low fluence over multiple sessions. The interval between sessions allows the immune system to clear fragmented pigment particles before the next round; treating more frequently does not accelerate clearance and risks thermal injury to the dermis. Skin type was factored into fluence selection — darker skin types require more conservative settings to avoid post-inflammatory pigmentation. In the after image, fading of this kind is typically observed across a multi-session course, the cosmetic tattoo has faded substantially while the surrounding brow skin retains normal pigmentation and texture. Patience with the protocol is what produces clean fading rather than collateral damage.
