Body Cavitation Before & After | Flank and Waistline Contouring

Flank fullness produced visible bulging at the waistline that no clothing fully concealed. Liposuction had been considered and ruled out.

On assessment, the flanks and lower back showed localized fullness producing the recognizable love-handle shape. The skin was firm with no looseness. The pattern reflected genetic fat distribution rather than anything that would respond to weight changes. Body cavitation suited this presentation because the fullness was localized and the skin was healthy enough to retract cleanly once the underlying fullness was reduced.

Body cavitation was performed at the flanks, with the treatment area extended slightly into the surrounding zones to keep the contour smooth. In the after image, the flank fullness has reduced, the waistline reads more defined, and the side-to-back transition is smoother. Treatment area planning matters as much as the treatment itself — abrupt borders between treated and untreated zones can read more obvious than the original concern.
