Patient's Area of Concern:
Enlarged Pores, Uneven Texture, Skin Tone

Patient's Age:
20's

Treatment:
Cool Peel CO2

Practitioner:
Sabeen Munib M.D.

Details of the Treatment:
Pores on her cheeks had been visible for years and topical products had stopped making a dent. She wanted real texture improvement without a week off work.
On assessment, the central face showed enlarged pores with mild surface texture irregularity. The skin was free of fine lines and the elasticity was excellent for her age. The tone was even with no pigmentary irregularity. The pattern reflected genetic pore size rather than age-related skin change. Cool Peel CO2 suited this presentation because the lighter version of the resurfacing approach matches younger skin and the recovery tolerance younger patients are willing to accept.
Cool Peel CO2 was performed across the central face. The lighter approach matches the skin and the recovery tolerance of younger patients better than the more aggressive standard option. Pinkness is short-lived. In the after image, the pore appearance has reduced, the surface texture has refined, and the skin reflects light more evenly. Improvements of this kind continue to develop gradually over several weeks as the skin renews. The right intervention for a younger patient is rarely the same as the right intervention for the same complaint at fifty.
Individual results vary. The outcome shown reflects this patient's specific anatomy, health history, and treatment plan. Results shown are not guaranteed and are not necessarily typical. Photos used with patient consent.
