On assessment, the skin along the inner upper arm showed fine crepey creasing and a slightly loose surface, with the underlying tissue in good shape. The pattern reflected changing skin quality rather than excess fat. Sublative radiofrequency suited this presentation because it works on texture beneath the surface with little downtime.
