Details of the Treatment:

She had a clear vision — fuller-but-still-hers — and no fixed protocol attached to it. After months of researching providers, she wanted a consultation that walked her through what would fit her face, not a standard plan applied to it.

On assessment, the lips were on the smaller side of her facial proportions, with a soft lip border and a flat cupid's bow. The upper-to-lower ratio was normal. The corners of the mouth sat evenly. The pattern was natural lip thinness rather than volume that had been lost. A conservative enhancement approach suited this presentation because the most common cause of unnatural-looking lips is volume that goes beyond what the patient's face can actually carry.

A soft filler was placed by cannula in two careful passes across the upper and lower lips, with the lip border addressed first. Total volume stayed on the conservative side. This is a deliberate choice in patients who want the result to read as natural. In the after image, the lips show a modest volume increase, the border is defined, and the cupid's bow has emerged. The face proportions are unchanged. Lip filler is not lip transformation — the lips look like the patient's own, only fuller, rather than entirely different lips.

Individual results vary. The outcome shown reflects this patient's specific anatomy, health history, and treatment plan. Results shown are not guaranteed and are not necessarily typical. Photos used with patient consent.
