Melasma

This patient presented with hormonally driven melasma concentrated over the lower cheek and jawline area. After a custom treatment plan combining a medical-grade chemical peel and prescription-strength skin-brightening topicals, the pigment visibly lifted. The after photo shows clearer, smoother skin with improved tone and less discoloration. Maintenance includes continued sun protection and pigment suppressors.
