Exosome Therapy Before and After | Part-Line Density and Scalp Coverage

Scalp was visible along the part line and density at the top of the head had been slowly dropping. Styling had stopped covering the change, and he wanted a regenerative approach over another topical.

On assessment, the part line showed wider visible scalp extending from the front of the head toward the top, with the surrounding hairs reduced in thickness — the look of follicles starting to shrink. The overall pattern was diffuse rather than in a defined shape, with full hairs holding around the perimeter. Exosome therapy suited this presentation because the follicles were still in place and capable of responding.

Treatment was delivered as micro-injections across the thinning areas, with extra coverage along the central part. In the after image, the part-line gap is visibly narrower, hair thickness along the part reads thicker, and the overall scalp coverage reads more uniform. The biology of the follicle is the target. Stabilizing the follicles already in place comes before adding anything new.
