Patient's Area of Concern:
Post-Menopausal Hair Thinning, Crown Density Loss

Patient's Age:
50's

Treatment:
Exosome Therapy

Practitioner:
Sabeen Munib M.D.

Details of the Treatment:
General thinning at the top of the head had progressed over a couple of years, in the typical pattern around the menopausal transition. She wanted a regenerative approach over a topical.
On assessment, the top of the head showed general density loss with the front edge of the hairline holding — the typical pattern of female thinning around this stage of life. Hair thickness across the top was reduced — the look of follicles starting to shrink — and the follicles themselves were still in place across the affected zones. Exosome therapy suited this presentation because the follicles still had the capacity to respond fully.
Treatment was delivered as micro-injections across the top of the head and central scalp, weighted toward the area of greatest density loss. In the after image, the top of the head shows visibly improved coverage, hair thickness reads thicker on examination, and the visible scalp through the part has reduced compared to baseline. Hormonally driven thinning responds when the environment around the follicle is supported. Restoration starts with the follicles that are still active.
Individual results vary. The outcome shown reflects this patient's specific anatomy, health history, and treatment plan. Results shown are not guaranteed and are not necessarily typical. Photos used with patient consent.
