Details of the Treatment
Crown thinning paired with a tired-looking scalp condition — both needed addressing. The visible scalp through the top of the head was one part; the scalp around it was the other.
On assessment, the top of the head showed visible scalp through the central crown with reduced hair density. The scalp itself looked mildly irritated and dry. The pattern was the kind of thinning that comes with pattern hair loss layered on top of a scalp environment that was not in great shape. Exosome therapy suited this presentation because treating only the visible thinning would have missed half the problem.
Exosomes were delivered via micro-injection across the crown and the areas around it. In the after image, crown density reads improved, the visible scalp at the top has reduced, and the surrounding scalp condition reads healthier. The follicle is only as healthy as the environment around it. Treating the scalp is part of treating the hair.
