Patient's Area of Concern:
Female Pattern Hair Loss, Crown Thinning, Central Part Widening

Patient's Age:
60's

Treatment:
Exosome Hair Therapy

Practitioner:
Sabeen Munib M.D.

Details of the Treatment:
Thinning at the top of the head with a widening central part — the classic female version, with the frontal hairline holding. The plan supported the follicles where the change was concentrated.
On assessment, the central scalp showed reduced density with the part line wider — narrower at the front and broader toward the top. Hair thickness was reduced — the look of follicles starting to shrink. The front edge of the hairline was holding. The pattern was age-related thinning along the central part. Exosome therapy suited this presentation because the follicles were still in place and responsive.
Treatment was delivered along the central part and across the top of the head in a tight pattern. In the after image, the central part reads narrower, hair thickness along the part reads thicker, and overall coverage of the central scalp has improved. Female-pattern thinning responds when the environment around the follicle is supported. Restoration starts with the follicles that are still active.
Individual results vary. The outcome shown reflects this patient's specific anatomy, health history, and treatment plan. Results shown are not guaranteed and are not necessarily typical. Photos used with patient consent.

Narrower Central Part
The widened central part — the primary visual marker of female-pattern thinning — reads narrower, with new hairs filling in along the part line.
Improved Crown Coverage
Density across the surrounding crown reads visibly higher and visible scalp through the central scalp has reduced.
Same Mechanism, Different Distribution
Female-pattern loss responds to regenerative input on the same biological timeline as male-pattern. The mechanism is the same; the distribution is what differs.
