What is PRFM and how does it work for hair loss?
PRFM is a next-generation form of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma). It is processed using the Selphyl system, which creates a fibrin matrix that holds and slowly releases growth factors over time. When injected into areas of thinning hair, these growth factors:

What is the downtime and recovery?
There is no true downtime. You may experience mild swelling or sensitivity at the injection sites for 24–48 hours. We advise avoiding hair washing, exercise, or scalp manipulation for the rest of the day. You can return to normal activity immediately after.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
You may notice reduced shedding within a few weeks, with visible thickening and regrowth in 2–3 months. Full results appear over 3–6 months as hair cycles improve. Most patients require a series of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 6–12 months.

PRFM for Under Eye Hollowness & Tear Troughs

Hyaluronic acid fillers in this zone carry a real risk of the Tyndall effect (a bluish discoloration) and can look puffy over time. PRFM is an excellent alternative or complement.
When injected into the tear trough, PRFM stimulates collagen and thickens the skin gradually from the inside. Results are natural, not volumized. There is no risk of Tyndall effect.
