Lash Lift Before & After | Straight, Downward-Pointing Lashes Redirected Upward

The before view shows lashes growing straight out from the lash line rather than curving upward. Length is adequate. Direction is the limitation.

Lashes that grow forward sit against the upper lid and read as shorter than they measure. The eye looks smaller because the lash line casts a downward shadow rather than framing the opening. Curling with a mechanical curler holds for a few hours at most. Mascara adds pigment but does little to change direction. The lash itself is healthy here, which matters, since a lift reshapes existing lashes and adds nothing.

A silicone rod sized to the natural lash length was placed along the lid, and a keratin-based solution was used to soften and reform the bonds that hold lash shape. The after view shows the same lashes redirected upward from the base, with the full length now visible against the lid. Whether this degree of change is achievable depends on natural lash length, growth direction, and lid anatomy.
