Assessment showed thinning concentrated at the vertex with a preserved hairline anteriorly, consistent with the standard Norwood progression of male androgenetic alopecia. The follicular units across the vertex were retained, with reduced hair caliber rather than complete loss. Dr. Munib's plan was a PRFM protocol concentrated at the vertex.
