Details of the Treatment
The goal was both texture and tone in one visit, not picking one of two separate treatments. Her concern was specific — surface roughness and tonal unevenness visible in close-ups, no major laxity or deep lines.
On full-face assessment, the cheeks and forehead showed uneven texture with mild tonal unevenness. There were no deep lines requiring more aggressive resurfacing. The skin firmness was age-appropriate without noticeable jowling. The pattern reflected mostly surface and near-surface change. Secret PRO suited this presentation because it addresses both texture and tone in one treatment without taking the more aggressive route a deeper concern would require.
Secret PRO was performed across the full face. The treatment was kept in the lighter range that fits surface and near-surface concerns. Recovery is short. In the after image, the texture is smoother, the tonal unevenness has improved, and the surface reflects light more evenly. Improvements continue gradually over several weeks as the skin renews. The right intensity for the right complaint is the framework, not maximum intensity by default.
