This patient had filler under her eyes and chose to have it dissolved.
Sabeen Munib, MD dissolved the under-eye filler first with Filler Dissolve. Once the filler was gone, the middle photo shows the area without it: a deeper hollow along the tear trough and thin, crinkled skin on the lower lids.
The skin itself was then treated with Matrix (eMatrix) RF, which works on texture. In the final photo the skin under the eyes looks smoother and less shadowed.
The final photo was taken in brighter light, which also softens how texture looks, so compare the shape of the lower lids as well as the surface.
