On assessment, the under-eye area showed product that had drifted above the bony rim, with puffiness above where the original hollow had been. The lower-eyelid skin was preserved. The pattern was the kind of buildup that comes from repeat injection without anything cleared in between. A staged dissolve approach suited this presentation because letting the area settle between rounds protects against over-correction.

Hyaluronidase was placed in small, paced amounts across the affected zones. Pacing in under-eye cases lets the lower lid return to baseline gradually rather than collapsing in one pass. After the dissolve had settled, the patient elected not to pursue any new filler. In the after image, the under-eye area has returned to baseline. The puffiness has resolved. The face returns to baseline before any new product is considered. This is the correct sequence for any patient with a history of repeat under-eye injection.
