Details of the Treatment:

Hair thinning was uneven — left side more affected than right. Treatment needed weighting toward the affected side, not the same plan across the whole scalp.

On assessment, density was reduced across the left top of the head and temple, with the right side holding. The part line was wider on the affected side. The pattern was the kind of one-sided thinning that calls for a treatment plan that follows the asymmetry. Exosome therapy suited this presentation because the placement could be weighted to where it was actually needed.

Treatment was delivered as micro-injections in a weighted pattern — denser placement across the left top and temple, lighter on the right. In the after image, left-side density reads visibly improved, the part-line asymmetry has reduced, and overall scalp coverage reads more even. Asymmetric loss benefits from asymmetric treatment. Uniform protocols leave the affected side under-supported.

Individual results vary. The outcome shown reflects this patient's specific anatomy, health history, and treatment plan. Results shown are not guaranteed and are not necessarily typical. Photos used with patient consent.

Restored Left-Side Density

Restored Left-Side Density

Density across the left crown and temple reads visibly higher and matches the right side more closely.

Narrower Part Line

Narrower Part Line

The widened part on the affected side has filled in and reads more symmetric.

Asymmetric Loss Earns Asymmetric Treatment

Weighting the protocol toward the affected zone outperforms uniform delivery in asymmetric patterns.
