Under Eye Filler Dissolve Before & After | Puffiness and Tyndall Effect Correction

The blue-grey under-eye discoloration had been there since her original filler work. She had figured out it was Tyndall effect — superficial filler showing through thin skin — not skin tone.

Periorbital assessment showed bilateral blue-grey discoloration under the lower eyelid consistent with Tyndall effect from superficial filler placement. Mild associated puffiness was present from the product volume itself. The lower-eyelid skin was preserved. The pattern reflected technical placement error in the original injection — too superficial in tissue planes that produce light-scattering interaction with hyaluronic acid. The plan was complete dissolve via hyaluronidase across both lower eyelids.

Hyaluronidase was placed via micro-injection across the affected zones. Tyndall effect resolves within hours of hyaluronidase contact with the offending filler — the optical effect disappears as the product disappears. In the after image, the blue-grey discoloration has resolved and the puffiness has reduced. The lower-eyelid color reads as natural. The face returns to baseline before any new product is considered. In Tyndall cases, the patient's anatomy is the only correct reference — the goal is not new placement but restoration of the original under-eye appearance.
