Under Eye Filler Dissolve and PRFM Before & After | Sequential Reset and Renewal

She wanted a reset before adding anything new — dissolve the drifted filler first, then refresh the skin with PRFM rather than another round of filler. The surrounding skin had also lost some smoothness and glow.

Periorbital assessment showed mild residual filler with the wet-dry junction blurred and the surface skin looking a little tired — fine surface lines, mild dullness, and less light reflection than before. The lower-eyelid skin still had good elasticity. The pattern combined filler migration with the kind of skin-quality shift that comes with time. The plan was a sequential approach — under-eye filler dissolve first, followed by PRFM under eye for skin renewal.

Hyaluronidase was placed in small amounts across both lower eyelids to clear the residual filler. PRFM under eye was added once dissolution was complete. The order matters here — adding regenerative treatment over old filler tends to give patchy results, because the product itself gets in the way of how the skin responds. In the after image, the under-eye region looks like the patient's own anatomy again, with smoother skin and no leftover product. Reset, then renew. That sequence is what makes combined cases hold.
