Under Eye Filler Dissolve Before & After | Side View Tear Trough Reset

From the front her lower eyelids looked fine. From the side, previous filler had pushed the under-eye area forward in a way that didn't match the rest of her face.

Side-profile assessment showed bilateral under-eye projection beyond the natural orbital plane. From the front, the lower eyelid contour was acceptable. From the oblique and lateral views, the cumulative product produced a forward bulge. The wet-dry junction on profile was blurred. The pattern reflected layered injection planned from front-view assessment alone, without simultaneous side-view evaluation. The plan was targeted dissolve across the over-projected zones, with the front-view appearance preserved as much as possible.

Hyaluronidase was placed in low-volume aliquots concentrated in the over-projected periorbital zones. Multi-view assessment is essential in dissolve work because front-view appearance and side-view appearance are different correction targets. In the after image, the side-profile lower-eyelid projection has reduced. The front-view appearance is largely preserved. The periorbital region reads as more proportionate from all angles. Multi-view planning produces multi-view results — same total reduction, more balanced outcome.
