Angle matters more with scarring than with volume treatments. Atrophic scars read differently depending on how light falls across them, which is why a single front-on photograph can flatter a result or hide one.
The protocol was the same across both views: subcision to release tethered rolling scars, fractional CO2 to resurface the scar edges, RF microneedling for deeper remodeling, and Rejuran to support healing between sessions.
Individual results vary. Scar depth, scar type, skin type and how long the scarring has been present all change what is achievable and how many sessions it takes.
