Layered scarring rarely answers to one tool. Rolling scars are tethered from underneath and need the bands released. Boxcar scars need the edges resurfaced. Texture across the surrounding skin needs remodeling. Treating all three with a single device means one of them is being undertreated.
Subcision releases the fibrous bands pulling rolling scars down. Fractional CO2 resurfaces the scar edges. RF microneedling drives remodeling deeper into the dermis.
