Details of the Treatment:
The dynamic forehead lines had been around for years; the static etching at rest was new and was what brought her in. She had asked specifically about Dysport for the forehead.
Forehead examination showed horizontal rhytids across the frontalis with shallow static depth maintained at rest. The glabellar complex was within mild activity range. Brow position was within normal range. The pattern was consistent with early transition from purely dynamic to combined dynamic and static lining — the stage where neuromodulator intervention has the highest yield.
Dysport was placed across the frontalis at standard frontalis points, with the dose calibrated for even distribution rather than concentrated reduction. The molecule's broader diffusion pattern is well-suited to wide flat muscles where uniform softening matters more than localized strength. Conservative dosing preserved natural brow elevation and frontalis movement on animation. In the after image, the static lines have softened, the dynamic lines are reduced on animation, and brow position is unchanged. Catch the line at the dynamic-to-static transition. The longer it stays etched, the harder it gets to fully reverse.
