Botox Eye and Forehead Lift Before & After | Non-Surgical Brow Elevation

She wasn't asking whether non-surgical would match surgical — she was asking whether non-surgical would be enough. Hooded upper eyelids, low-set brows, and forehead heaviness were making eye-makeup application difficult.

On assessment, both brows sat low, with the side tail of each brow sitting below the bone of the eye socket. Upper-eyelid skin was sitting heavier on the lid than it once had, producing the hooded look. The forehead muscle was working sustained recruitment to compensate, leaving fixed forehead lines behind. The pattern reflected age-appropriate brow descent with secondary hooding rather than primary lid problems. A combined-zone approach suited this presentation because both the downward pull and the compensating forehead activity were contributing to the look.

Small amounts of Botox were placed at the side of the eye-area muscle to release the downward pull on the brow. A conservative amount across the forehead softened the set horizontal lines without removing the lifting recruitment. The combined-zone approach produces a modest brow lift while keeping the forehead available for active lifting. Botox does not replace the lift a surgical brow lift provides, but it can produce a meaningful shift in the resting appearance. In the after image, the side of the brow has lifted, upper-lid hooding has reduced visibly, and forehead lines have softened. Surgery is one option among several. For the right anatomy, non-surgical is enough.
