Jeuveau

Jeuveau was the request specifically — she had used Botox at a previous practice and described the prior results as variable in duration. She wanted to test whether her response would be more consistent with a comparable molecule.

On assessment, the area between the brows showed prominent vertical lines from sustained activity in the muscles there. The forehead showed full-width horizontal lines with depth holding at rest. The brow position was within range, with the forehead muscle helping support the side tail. The pattern reflected cumulative dynamic activity over decades — the typical presentation in this decade for a patient new to consistent treatment.

Jeuveau was placed at the standard points across the area between the brows and the forehead, with dosing matched to the patient's muscle activity. The molecule is in the same class as Botox and Dysport, with formulation differences that some patients perceive as more consistent in duration. Whether that perception holds across a population is not settled in the literature. In the after image, the area between the brows has relaxed fully, the forehead has softened with retained animation, and the brow position is unchanged. Switching products rarely changes anatomy. Outcome consistency tracks more closely with technique than with which brand is in the syringe.
