Kybella

This patient received Kybella injections to reduce a localized pocket of fat in the lower abdomen. The before imageshows treatment planning markings indicating the precise injection grid. The after image reveals a flatter, more contoured abdominal profile with visible reduction in fat volume. Kybella is FDA-approved for submental fat but is used off-label by experienced injectors to permanently dissolve fat cells in other small body areas, such as the lower stomach, bra bulge, and flanks.
