Marionette & Chin Filler

This patient was treated with a combination of marionette line filler and chin enhancement to restore lower face balance, improve contour, and soften signs of volume loss.

In the before image, you can see:

• Downturned corners of the mouth
• Visible marionette lines creating a tired or heavy appearance
• A relatively short and recessed chin lacking structural support

After treatment, dermal filler was used to:

• Lift and support the marionette area
• Smooth vertical lines from the corners of the mouth
• Create a more defined and lengthened chin, enhancing profile symmetry

The result is a more youthful, rested, and harmonious lower face—without looking overfilled or artificial. Filler was placed strategically for support and lift, maintaining natural facial dynamics and expression.
