Acne facials were performed with steam preparation, manual extractions across the affected zones, salicylic acid treatment, and antibacterial therapy. Body acne facials take longer than facial acne facials because the affected area is larger and the lesion density per zone may be higher. In the after image, the active spot count has reduced and the darker marks have begun to lighten. Body acne treatment is the right framework when the affected zone is impractical to manage with topical-only approaches.
