The goal was lower-face tightening plus surface texture work in the same modality. Non-ablative RF was the appropriate level for both.
Lower cheek and jawline showed mild laxity with a soft contour edge. Surface texture was uneven. Pigment was stable. The pattern reflected age-related collagen depletion rather than weight change. The plan was Matrix RF, paired with a maintenance schedule once the initial response was complete.
