Surface dullness with cumulative dehydration was the concern. She wanted improvement at skin-quality level rather than just more topical hydration.
The skin showed surface dullness, an uneven tone, and a dehydrated quality under direct light. Texture was acceptable. The pattern was consistent with environmental stress and reduced dermal water-holding capacity rather than active disease. The plan was a salmon DNA facial with the option to layer additional treatment if response was modest.
Polynucleotide solution was applied through controlled microchannels to deliver active to dermal depth. Recovery was minimal. In the after image, the skin reads more hydrated, the tone reads more even, and surface light reflects more uniformly. Skin quality is its own treatment target. Hydration and dermal support deserve their own slot in a protocol — not a downgrade in favor of bigger procedures.
