Filler Dissolve Before and After | Nasal Contour Reset

Previous filler had distorted the nasal contour — the bridge had taken on a widened, layered look that didn't match the rest of her face. The contour had to reset before any further planning.

On side-profile assessment, the bridge was wider than it should have been, with a soft, layered shadow at the top of the nose. From the front, the bridge read broader than her natural width. The pattern was the kind of buildup that comes from non-surgical nose work placed without checking the side view across visits. A targeted dissolve approach suited this presentation because the issue was drifted product, not anatomy that needed support.

Hyaluronidase was placed in small amounts along the over-projected zones. The dissolve was paced across more than one visit to let the contour settle. In the after image, the bridge width has narrowed, the shadow at the top of the nose has softened, and the nasal contour reads in proportion to the rest of the face. Correction comes before refinement. The face needs to return to baseline before any new product is considered.
