Volumization After Filler Dissolve

This patient previously had under-eye filler from another provider, which resulted in puffiness, shadowing, and unnatural contouring. At Spectrum Skin Clinic, we used ultrasound-guided filler dissolving to safely remove the migrated product—followed by strategic re-volumization to restore a smoother, more natural appearance.

In the before image, you can see under-eye swelling and hollowness coexisting—an indication of both misplaced filler and underlying volume loss.

After treatment, the tear trough is more balanced, the skin smoother, and the undereye contour significantly improved. There is no visible puffiness, and the eye appears brighter and more refreshed.
